WORKSHOP is our sweet small event space above the shop available for space rentals by the hour. It has been home to secret suppers, live music, baby showers, birthday parties, and many a photo shoot.

In February, March, and April the space will also function as a small and intimate co-working center during the week. We currently have a few open spots for a 3 month trial. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Hourly rates vary depending on use and timing.
All space bookings are billed in advance via email.
Once invoice is paid, the time slot is yours.
Photoshoots are generally billed starting at $50 per hour for small scale shoots with a one hour minimum. In certain agreed upon instances, partial payment can be made in trade of photos.
We currently offer a student rate for photos of $10 per 15 minutes available for walk-ins when the space is not otherwise in use.
Parties and events start at $90 per hour with a two hour minimum.
This includes a half hour free on either end of your event for set up and clean up. Rental includes the use of chairs, tables, and place settings for 24 if needed. Maximum seated dinner capacity is 24. Upon arrival, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $70. This fee will be immediately refunded upon clean up if all is well or you may choose to leave the cleaning to use and forgo the refund.
