This aromatic tonic water is a unique and coveted find. Sofi awarded in 2017 for Best New mixer.
Made with 2 types of bitters (gentian root and quinine), it is a sofi award-winning tonic water. Dryer on the palate, and makes a nice amaro soda. Grapefruit and lime over notes. Drink as an aperitivo soda, or mix coffee and tonic or gin and tonic. We prefer this with a botanical gin.
Flavors: Citrus peel, grapefruit, kaffir lime, earthy light bitterness.
