Japanese Bamboo Madake Mortar and Grater Scraper Brush

This scraper brush is handmade from one piece of bamboo. It is flexible, yet sturdy, to enable it to scrape fine pieces of ginger, garlic, sesame, citrus, and spices out of a mortar and pestle so that no ingredients are left behind!

Measures approx.

5 1/4" long with a 1" wide brush end.

Hand wash and dry immediately.
