Protextor Parrish Pearl and Silk Necklace

In August I started making these simple and satisfying pearl and silk necklaces in advance of our launch party for Lisa Hackwith's Through Sunday Volume 2 launch party as a gift for attendees. 

As I was making these and feeling strongly that they must be spartan and pure, I realized I had a specific vision in my head. Swipe to see my inspiration.

In deeply related news: my baby lost his last baby tooth in August.

So much of what I create and how I do it is meditative and cathartic. It's been that way as long as I can remember.

I also love that these are a callback to the "Pearl of Wisdom" solitaire necklaces that I made in 2008. It's all cyclical and connected and I wouldn't have it any other way.

These little treasures are intentionally simple, natural, and affordable with generous thoughtful gifting in mind.
