A classic tipped in vintage 1949 nautical art print of the nautical watercolor View of Rouen (1864) by J.-B. Jongkind. Image hand tipped-in on a sheet of heavy paper and affixed to chipboard backing for maximum ease of styling and propping.

Johan Barthold Jongkind (1819-1891) was a Dutch painter and printmaker. He painted marine landscapes in a free manner and is regarded as a forerunner of Impressionism.
